Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds for Voca Translate subscriptions within 14 days of the initial purchase. This refund window applies to:

  • Monthly subscription plans
  • Annual subscription plans

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team at contact@vocabrain.com
  • Include your order number and reason for the refund
  • We will process your request within 2-3 business days

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

We may deny refund requests if:

  • The 14-day refund period has expired
  • We detect abuse of the refund policy
  • The subscription has been extensively used

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Voca Translate until the end of your current billing period.
